I am sure you have seen many attorneys advertising “Free Consultations”. However, are you really sure what that means? Here is what you get when you call me.

Since you may be uncertain about your rights and remedies or what to do about your Family Law case, I offer a one-hour consultation and review of your case. This consultation will allow you to protect your rights and emerge stronger and more confident than when you came in. You’ll be able to get all of your questions answered, and go forward with confidence and peace of mind.

Here’s how it works:

First, I will go over the facts of the case with you, ask you questions, and review your paperwork. Then, when I have a clear understanding of what is happening, I’ll give you my opinion about your case, including your chances on the issues you presented to me. Every case is different and I’ll tell you what I think is best for you under your specific circumstances.

I will also explain your legal rights and your obligations. I’ll tell you what papers need to be filed and what documents need to be demanded from your wife. I will explain the entire process from start to finish.

The one thing I won't do is guarantee a particular result. I cannot do that. No attorney can or should for that matter. 

Of course, I will answer all of your questions. This way you will know exactly where you stand with your case.  The opinion I give you will be honest and forthright, including all positives and negatives as well.

Your consultation will last one to one and one half hours, depending on the complexity of your case. It is a $500.00 value, and can save you thousands of dollars in fewer problems and untold aggravation.

The price for the consultation is $300.00.  After we are finished, I am sure you will agree that the information you received was well worth the money spent.   If you hire me as your attorney, the consultation fee is waived. 

My office is conveniently located in Westlake Village. Parking is free and so is the coffee.

By the way, when you make your appointment, you do not have to worry about spending your valuable time waiting to see me. If your appointment is for 2:00 p.m., that’s when I will be available for you. Also, my time will be completely yours. I do not take phone calls or allow any interruptions during consultations (except in emergencies). I will devote all of my attention to you.
